Tuesday working from home. Could not sleep last night after about 2:30. Gave up around 4 :15 and went to the basement to workout.
Did the treadmill. Was able to get my heart rate up higher than on the elliptical. It was a good workout. Thought I was going to miss out on working out as Ana the cleaner is coming at 8am today. I’ll be able to get a workout this afternoon too.
Ana is here, very nice lady and super efficient. Vacuum cleaners and banging around is very stressful. It's usually quiet around here in the morning and I can get focused. No chance of doing some reading for a bit.
Ana came and went it's nice to have a clean house. We have to disassemble the bed this weekend to vacuum under it. The dust bunnies are snarling so loud it's keeping me up at night!
Been running the fireplace the last few days. It's rainy and raw out there. Good to have a cozy spot to sit.
Did another round on the treadmill. The polar heart rate monitor is not working well anymore. Have to get a new chest strap.
M made cookies yesterday. The cookies smelled wonderful in the office. Had to go down and taste a couple. Just to make sure they were good!
