Ok Monday. I have to get the little grey cells warmed up and talking to me today. Started off with a good workout. I really have to get back on the two a day workouts for the days I'm home. I just feel better and I really should not be that lazy.
Work was not too bad today. I think I got away unscathed!
Did another workout in the afternoon. Yep, it felt really good. Two workouts a day about 90 minutes total feel like I have done something.
