Looks like Lapland Lake snow fortunes have turned. They now have a respectable amount of snow on the trails. Western Upstate NY got hit hard with lake effect snow. Up to 6ft. Salmon Hills has about 30 inches of snow on the trails and up yo 94 inches in the woods!!!!!
Maybe time is right for an ad hoc trip?
