Looks like the the zeal to increase revenue Philly is going to require a business licence to have a blog. You can choose to have advertising on your blog. Google will send you a check based on the clicks you get on the ads. Real small potatoes. If I were to have ads it would garner a few cents if anything at all. Anyway Philly want to charge blog owners up to $300 for a business licence and a cut of the profits. Are you kidding me! This is worse than the swat teams looking for unregistered beers! Hey Nutta'!!!!
