Workout.....

After a nice coffee yesterday at Starbucks I went to the local Korean supermarket for some fresh veggies. Planned a nice dinner of baby bok choy.   I hit the exercise bike and the treadmill for an hour when I got back. Got a good sweat on and think I'll be able to go again tomorrow.

Back Home...

Ok we are back home and starting to get back into the swing of things....  Marilyn at work. Me I sitting at at a Starbucks having coffee...  Pondering the imponderables....Also, delaying the moment I am going to jump on the exercise bike.
